In all our lives, our wedding is most probably the single biggest party we will ever have for ourselves. If this is your first time planning a wedding, it is not impossible to pull off your wedding just as you imagined it to be. To gracefully achieve this, it is very important to learn as much as you can to prepare yourself to be in a position to put it all together. Here is a conversation we had with Ashley from The Pasta House where she shares her best advice to couples who are planning for their wedding event.
1. What common mistakes do you see couples making?
We try to prepare our couples with all of our knowledge and expertise so we can eliminate any issues before they would even occur.
2. What’s the best tip you have for a couple planning a wedding?
Make sure to trust your vendors and their experience so you have nothing to worry about on your special day!
3. What don’t couples know about your business that they need to know?
That we do MUCH more than Italian food. We offer totally customizable menus and even offer different cuisines like Mexican and BBQ.
4. What questions should couples be asking that they don’t know to ask?
Couples should make sure they research or ask their venue for its requirements and options so that there are no surprises with the budget before booking.
5. What’s your best piece of advice for couples planning a wedding?
Same as my tip, trust your vendors and their experience so you have nothing to worry about on your special day!
6. What’s the most unusual wedding you ever did?
We have done so many unusual weddings! We love a theme ranging from Harry Potter to Disney to Star Wars. When we do weddings centered around a culture, we have so much fun appreciating different traditions and working with other food vendors.
7. What was the most memorable wedding you have ever worked, and why?
All of our New Year’s Eve weddings have been memorable! Regardless of the venue, the energy is always electric, decorations sparkle and guests seem to enjoy the extra reason to celebrate.
At The Pasta House, we love to bring family and friends together to wine & dine over a wide range of appetizing and palatable food. We would love to work with you to make your wedding everything you want it to be.
