Must be at least 18 years old
Must have dependable transportation and car insurance
Must have personal equipment and know your setup
Must be comfortable across a wide range of music
Must communicate well and be confident on a microphone
Must bring a positive attitude and strong time management
Must be available for evenings and weekends
Must be able to carry and set up equipment up to 80 pounds
