Maria and Jeff’s Wedding at Olive + Oak in Webster Groves, MO

Olive + OAK in Webmaster Groves, MO

Maria and Jeff exchanged their vows and turned the cool spring evening of the year into a warm and emotional night of laughter, happiness, remembrance, and love in Webster Groves, Missouri. It was sheer brilliance what they did in planning the events, media, and entertainment, writing, and publishing. From the floral décor used at the venue to the fancy flowing drinks that were prepared for the couple and attendees. All elements contributed to creating the beautiful setting of a memorable wedding at Olive + Oak. What they had was much more than vows and the rings. That they exchanged on their wedding at Olive + Oak day.

The Wedding at Olive + Oak Venue That Whispered Romance

The past year wedding at Olive + Oak has been in existence. This has brought changes to the hotel and it has endeavored to introduce its charms as a romantic venue with a panoramic view.

Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Webster Groves, Olive + Oak provided not just the location. It became the emotional background of the dream day of both Maria and Jeff. Suggestively rustic and refreshingly chic at the same time, the atmosphere of the place was sublime. Candles were placed on top of the brick walls. Switching on and off while warm uplighting illuminated. The room with a golden light since the large windows were opened to the evening sunset.

Curated Moments of the Wedding at Olive + Oak— The Art of Seamless Planning

All of this made the flow of the evening what it was with no signs of strain or hitches. In the background a team of professional event management company, media & entertainment, communications writing & publishing was at work. The bride and groom were lucky to find a planner who was attuned to the flow of the event. The beat from one moment to another had to be perfect.

From the first sight, while walking in under the olive + oak arches we witnessed a highly emotional moment when later leaving under sparklers. This was another perfect moment. It was evident that the planner paid attention to detail. And the outcome of such a commitment was apparent since everything looked lovely and spontaneous.

The Soundtrack of a Lifetime — Music That Moved the Soul

It is evident that periods in our lives are immortalized in such melodious tunes. And Maria and Jeff ensure that they selected a lasting tune to mark their story. They entered the reception to the tune of the song “You Are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne. Which had always been their special song to each other when they began dating.

The initial dance was undeniably vibrating with the elements of a proper movie scene. Handing the red and napkins, the bride and groom danced to the romantic tune of. ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love” and their guests could be seen wiping their tears. There wasn’t any strident transition from cocktails to dinner and then to the dancing with jazz, dinner music – Norah Jones and John Legend, and the last dancing music.

I WAS shocked that most of the expected themes of the night. Were portrayed most eloquently not in the words I had spoken but in the music itself. It was obvious that the task of events planning, media & entertainment, writing & publishing played a large part in creating such powerful & rich in emotions experience.

A Dance Floor That Came to Life in the Wedding at Olive + Oak

It was only when the cake was being cut and the lights were off that the party was considered to have started. The dance was having everybody lose their shoes—Maria having removed hers, Jeff shaking the dance floor to Mark’s “Uptown Funk”. And people making a human train dance. It gave a similar environment to music from the year 2000 up to the present day, pop music. All were in high spirits for a couple of hours, to the high tide of electricity.

A Visual Story — Capturing Emotion in Every Frame

Every story requires the support of visuals to help evoke memories and associated feelings. And this special day of the couple was captured in a cinematographic way. From the way the lace of the veil dances over the head of Maria to the tearful look on the face of Jeff during the toasting.
